Partnership Deed Part-1

THIS DEED OF PARTNERSHIP made at Rajendra Nagar, Indore on this 21st day of October 2023. 

BETWEEN:

Shri Harshit Verma, an Indian inhabitant, son/daughter of  Shirish Verma, residing at H.no 228, Rajendra Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (hereinafter referred to as the "First Partner" which expression shall unless it is repugnant to the context, mean and include her legal heirs, successors, administrators and assigns or anyone claiming through or under her); and

Shri Gajendra Singh, an Indian inhabitant, son/daughter of Sher Singh, residing at  H. No 347, Sainath Colony, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (hereinafter referred to as the "Second Partner" which expression shall unless it is repugnant to the context, mean and include her legal heirs, successors, administrators and assigns or anyone claiming through or under her);

Who are hereinafter collectively referred to as "Partners" and individually as "Partner".

WHEREAS

A. The Partners have decided to enter into a partnership for carrying on the business mentioned in Clause 4 of this Partnership Deed.

B. The Partners agree that this Partnership Deed shall be deemed to have come into force on 21/10/2022. 

C. The Partners have decided to reduce the terms and conditions of their partnership into writing as per the terms and conditions appearing hereinafter

NOW, THIS PARTNERSHIP DEED HEREBY WITNESSETH AND THE PARTNERS HERETO HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
