Ans: 

1. COMMENCEMENT OF PARTNERSHIP

The Partners hereby agree that the partnership firm shall come into force on the Effective Date.

2. NAME AND STYLE

The business of partnership shall be carried on under the name and style of ' Creative India' that may be agreed upon by and between the Partners from time to time.

3. REGISTERED OFFICE

The registered office of the Partnership shall be situated at A.B Road Indore or such other place or places as the Partners may from time to time mutually agree upon.

4. BUSINESS OF THE PARTNERSHIP

The partnership will carry on the business of

1. Garments

2. Electronics Equipments

The Partners may carry on such other unrelated businesses as may be mutually agreed from time to time. 

5. PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS

The partnership business shall be carried on at Indore or at such other place or places as the Partners may from time to time agree upon.

6. CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION

The capital of the partnership shall be Rs 5 crores which shall be contributed by the Partners in the following proportions:

7. Profit/Loss Ratio: 

The net profit loss including the capital profit loss of the partnership business arrived at after the payment of all expenses and/or other camnings including interest payable to the partners in accordance with this deed or any other supplementary deed as may be executed by the Partners, as well as after making all necessary and adequate provisions for depreciation and expenses relating to business activities of the partnership inchiding rent salaries and other
